E2 Electronic Nutrition Coaching
$110 initial phone consultation


This program is designed for the busy athlete who would like to improve their E2 habits but is limited for time, has geographical constraints for 1:1 coaching or prefers learning on line.  In order to be successful this type of client must be highly motivated, organized and self directed.  All paperwork must be completed prior to the initial phone consultation which is 30 minutes in length.  The phone in discussion includes recommendations on target weight, nutrition timing and quantity to maximize training efforts, dietary supplement review and a comprehensive nutritional analysis of food and beverage intake.  The client will receive a documented copy of all results prior to the phone in consult.  See sample nutritional analysis.

E2 for sports teams is designed to enhance athletes knowledge of the right types, timing and amounts of foods and beverages to help them maximize their time spent training while reducing injury, illness, fatigue and loss of muscle mass.  It is important for young athletes to counteract less than optimal practices learned from the Internet, Sporting Magazines, commercials and peers.  Younger athletes are motivated to make positive behavior changes when it is framed in the context of what will help them now with this season.  E2 will conduct a one hour training session at your facility that includes discussion on the following topics, or those of your choosing.  

 

  • Adequate hydration pre, during and post workout
  • High energy fueling
  • Meal and snack timing
  • The recovery window      
  • On the road nutrition
  • Healthy school lunch and vending options
  • Sports drinks, gels, bars, powders

E2 1:1 Nutrition Coaching
$125 initial consultation

An initial nutrition consultation includes a body composition analysis, a review of current exercise habits, supplement intake and a complete food intake analysis.   The body composition analysis or body fat analysis is completed using bioelectrical impedance so it is important to be well hydrated prior to the counseling session.   Slide2Please detail the types of training activities you complete each day, including the time of day, intensity and length of each training session on the activity log.  It is important to understand what level of nutrition support is needed and at what times of the day so that your training efforts can be maximized.  Supplements including vitamins, herbals, protein powders or any other non food supplement that are taken will be evaluated for the value they provide to your overall diet and their authenticity.  A comprehensive food and beverage intake analysis will be completed providing you with a thorough evaluation of carbohydrate, protein, fat, % fat distribution, vitamin and mineral consumption vs. your individual nutritional needs.  In addition to a documented copy of each analysis, you will receive a checkup phone call weekly to answer any questions, review key recommendations and determine what type of follow
up coaching is desirable.

Follow up Individual Nutrition Coaching
$45 followup

Progress toward goals will be evaluated including body composition, eating and exercise improvements, identifying barriers to success and viable solutions.  Clients can expect to receive regular emails with new information to reinforce and support goals. Follow ups are encouraged to ensure your personal best on the day of the event and to optimize fitness results.
